What You'll Do As a DAII, you'll play an essential role in delivering exceptional patient care while supporting our doctors and team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities to include: • Chairside assisting during a wide variety of dental procedures • Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining clinical excellence • Taking radiographs and digital scans • Sterilization and infection control • Educating patients and creating a welcoming experience • Anticipating provider needs and keeping appointments running smoothly • Jumping in wherever the team needs support What you'll Bring: • Excellent communication and patient care skills • 2 + Years of Assisting experience (Preferably in a general setting) • Experience assisting in a full-scope general dentistry practice • Current Dental Assistant II (DAII) status in North Carolina • Current CPR/BLS Certification • Current Radiography Certification (required to perform dental radiography in North Carolina) • Strong knowledge of infection control and OSHA standards • Experience with practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, etc.) • Coronal polishing certification Office Hours: Monday–Thursday: 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM Every other Friday: 6:45 AM – 12:00 PM We offer a comprehensive benefits package: Competitive pay Matching 401(k) Generous Paid Time Off Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Disability insurance Supportive team culture Opportunities for growth and continued learning
