What You'll Love About Working With Us -Supportive doctor who values your knowledge and contributions -Friendly, collaborative, drama-free team -Beautiful modern office with advanced technology -Patients who appreciate quality care -Opportunity to learn and grow professionally -A practice focused on excellence, not volume -Long-term career opportunity with an established private practice Responsibilities • Assist the doctor during a variety of general and cosmetic dental procedures • Prepare treatment rooms and instruments • Take digital radiographs, CBCT and intraoral photos and scans • Educate patients and help create an exceptional patient experience • Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards • Assist with digital impressions and modern dental technology • Work closely with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow • Help maintain a positive, organized, and professional environment We're Looking For Someone Who Is • Passionate about dentistry and helping patients • Friendly, compassionate, and dependable • A true team player with a positive attitude • Organized and detail-oriented • Professional with excellent communication skills • Eager to continue learning and growing • Proud to deliver outstanding patient care Experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred. Current Dental Assisting credentials, BLS and radiology certification are required (Nitrous Oxide certification is a plus).
