Now Hiring: Licensed Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Front & Back Office Floater Pearly Whites of Pearland is looking for an energetic, dependable, and patient-focused Licensed Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing wellness-based dental practice. We are seeking a true team player who is comfortable working in both the clinical and front office and enjoys helping wherever needed. Responsibilities: Assist the doctor during dental procedures Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments Take digital X-rays and intraoral scans Educate patients on oral health and treatment Schedule appointments and confirm patient visits Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient check-in/check-out Float between front and back office as needed to support the team Qualifications: Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license X-ray certification At least 1 year of dental experience preferred Comfortable using dental practice management software (Dentrix experience is a plus) Excellent communication and organizational skills Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and help wherever needed Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunity for growth and continuing education Monday–Friday schedule A practice that focuses on wellness, prevention, and exceptional patient care If you're looking for a practice where you can make a difference and be part of an amazing team, we'd love to meet you!
