Description
Woodlands Endodontics is a specialty practice in The Woodlands, TX, seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience assisting with endodontic procedures and be comfortable in a specialty care setting. We use Open Dental practice management software, so prior experience is a plus. We’re looking for someone who is: A self-starter who can anticipate needs and work independently when needed A team player who collaborates well with doctors and staff A positive, professional presence for both patients and colleagues Responsibilities Chairside assisting during endodontic procedures Maintaining sterile and organized operatories Preparing patients and providing post-op instructions Taking radiographs and digital imaging Charting and documentation in Open Dental Assisting with sterilization, stocking, and daily clinical flow Qualifications Previous dental assisting experience in endodontics required Current state-required certifications: e.g., RDA, X-ray certification, Nitrous certification is a plus, will pay for course if needed Familiarity with Open Dental (or willingness to train) Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient comfort Why Join Woodlands Endodontics?
