We are seeking a qualified and caring Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team! As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will provide top-notch dental care that makes our patients feel like they are more than a transaction. Roles include performing dental cleanings, and assisting the doctor with exams and treatment planning. The ideal candidate is state-licensed as a Registered Dental Hygienist and willing to be a team player. Responsibilities Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they have Prep sterilized equipment and make it available to the dentist for exams and procedures Take vital signs and accurately record medical histories Perform preliminary exams and collect oral health histories Evaluate patients for signs of gum disease and infection Remove plaque and apply fluoride treatments Scaling and Root Planing Teach good oral hygiene techniques Take x-rays Assist dentist during exams Occasional sealant and Curodont application Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies Qualifications Associate’s Degree or Higher Current Dental Hygienist licensure Basic Life Support Radiology Anesthesia Admin (optional) Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and all dentistry safety guide We offer: 4 day work week Health insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid holidays Above Average Compensation PTO Scrubs Take out on Thursdays At our office all treatment plan presentations, transactions, and scheduling is done by the front office staff.
