Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Carrollton Dentistry is seeking a friendly, motivated, and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing private dental practice in Carrollton, Texas. If you're passionate about helping patients achieve healthy smiles and enjoy working with a supportive team, we'd love to meet you! * Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) * Part-Time * Wednesdays Responsibilities * Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance * Complete scaling and root planing (SRP) when indicated * Take digital X-rays * Perform comprehensive periodontal charting * Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care * Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants * Assist the doctor with diagnosing periodontal disease * Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes * Follow OSHA and infection control guidelines * Create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient Qualifications * Current Texas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license * Local anesthesia certification preferred * Current CPR certification * Excellent communication and patient education skills * Friendly, dependable, and professional attitude * Experience with OpenDental or similar dental software is a plus What We Offer * Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) * Paid holidays * Paid time off * Supportive team environment * Modern digital dental office * Opportunity for long-term growth If you enjoy building lasting relationships with patients and want to work in a positive, team-oriented practice, we'd love to hear from you.
