Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Smile Win Dental in Grapevine is looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing private dental practice. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, works well in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being a part of a team. We are also a crown and bridge heavy office so ideal candidate should be able to cord pack and make temps. Salary is negotiable Responsibilities include: Assist the dentist during a variety of restorative, cosmetic, and preventive procedures. Prepare treatment rooms and patients for procedures. Take high-quality digital dental radiographs. Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards. Chart treatment and update patient records. Fabricate temporary crowns and assist with impressions and scans. Educate patients on oral health and post-operative instructions. Maintain inventory and ensure operatories are fully stocked. Deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish. Qualifications: Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license or eligibility for licensure. Current CPR/BLS certification. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work as part of a team. Experience with digital dentistry and Eaglesoft is a plus.
