Clinical Partner - NE Region | Monroe, NY (Regional Travel Required) Full-Time | Competitive Compensation Opportunity Overview Great Expressions Dental Centers (GEDC) is seeking a Clinical Partner to provide clinical leadership, coaching, and operational support across one of our regional markets. This highly visible leadership role partners closely with dentists, practice teams, and executive leadership to elevate clinical quality, improve patient outcomes, and support provider growth. Ideal candidates are experienced dentists with a passion for mentoring others, developing high-performing clinical teams, and driving excellence across multiple practices. What You'll Bring - DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. - Active, unrestricted dental license. - Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience. - Previous leadership experience managing or mentoring dentists in a multi-location environment preferred. - Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills. - Passion for developing clinicians and improving patient outcomes.
