VENTURA CENTER FOR DENTAL HEALTH is seeking a motivated and experienced associate dentist to become a valued member of the team with OPPORTUNITY FOR OWNERSHIP. Ventura Center for Dental Health has strong ties to the community and is looking for a collaborative partner to flourish in the community as well. Responsibilities include: * Collaborating within a team environment of 12, including the potential for supervising up to 3 hygienists per day. * Building strong and trusting relationships with patients, ensuring their comfort and understanding of treatment plans through excellence in communication. * Maintaining accurate and thorough patient records. * Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a GP with a focus on cosmetic dentistry, and live in Ventura County.
