Experienced Dental Assistant | Modern Digital Practice Bloomingdale, IL ***Join Our Growing Dental Team We're looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and enjoys working in a modern, technology-driven practice. If you're dependable, organized, and take pride in delivering outstanding care, we'd love to meet you. You'll work alongside an experienced dentist using advanced technology, including **3Shape TRIOS intraoral scanner, CBCT, digital X-rays, and Eaglesoft**, while helping patients receive high-quality dental treatment in a professional and supportive environment. --- ## Schedule **Full-Time or Part-Time** * Monday: 9AM - 6PM * Wednesday: 9AM - 6PM * Thursday: 10AM - 5PM * Saturday: 9AM - 3PM or Sunday 9AM-3PM *(alternating weekends; weekend schedules are flexible)* Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule with the flexibility of optional weekend hours. ## Compensation & Benefits **Pay:** **$24.00–$28.00 per hour** ### Benefits * Performance bonuses * Health insurance (Full-time) * Paid time off (PTO) * Employee discount * On-the-job training --- ## Responsibilities * Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures * Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials * Take digital dental X-rays * Capture digital impressions using a **3Shape TRIOS intraoral scanner** * Pour impressions and fabricate temporary crowns * Maintain sterilization and infection control standards * Prepare restorative materials * Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care * Schedule appointments and maintain patient records using Eaglesoft or Dentrix * Assist with front office duties as needed, including insurance verification, answering phones, and payment processing * Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality --- ## Required Qualifications * **Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience** * Illinois X-Ray Certification * Strong chairside assisting skills * Excellent communication and organizational abilities * Ability to work in person in Bloomingdale, Illinois ### Preferred Qualifications * Bilingual * Experience with Eaglesoft * Experience using a **3Shape TRIOS intraoral scanner** * Experience fabricating temporary crowns --- ## Why You'll Love Working With Us * Modern digital dental practice * Advanced technology including **3Shape TRIOS, CBCT, digital radiography, and Eaglesoft** * Competitive hourly pay with performance bonuses * Health insurance and paid time off * Flexible full-time or part-time opportunities * Optional alternating weekend schedule * Friendly, professional, patient-focused work environment --- ## Apply Today If you're an experienced Dental Assistant looking for a long-term opportunity where your skills are appreciated and modern technology supports exceptional patient care, we'd love to hear from you.
