What You'll Bring

5+ years of experience assisting in periodontal, implant, and oral surgical procedures

Strong clinical skills and comfort with full-arch implant cases, bone grafting, extractions, and related surgical protocols

A warm, confident chairside manner — patients should feel safe and well cared for from the moment they meet you

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A team-first attitude — someone who works well with colleagues, supports the whole office, and helps keep the day running smoothly

Reliability, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm for the work

Position Details

Schedule: 4 days per week, approximately 30–32 hours

Pay: $28–$38/hour, based on experience
