Front Desk Administrator/Patient Care Coordinator Full Arch Implants & Periodontics Specialty Practice We are a fast-paced, high demand, surgical specialty office focused on full arch implants and periodontics. Our mission is to provide the highest level of specialty dentistry to every patient while creating a practice environment where our team takes pride and feels valued. We are looking for a professional, energetic, and patient-focused Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients. Key Responsibilities: - Warmly welcome and check in patients, creating a positive first impression. - Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling from patients and referring offices with efficiency and professionalism. - Coordinate patient flow to ensure smooth daily operations. - Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and necessary forms. - Support treatment coordinators with scheduling consultations and follow-ups. - Assist with financial arrangements, payment collection, and insurance pre-authorizations. - Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. - Daily use of CRM software to follow up with generated leads, schedule appointments, and ensure no patient opportunities are missed. - Participate in continued training with phone scripting to enhance communication and patient engagement. - Contribute to our culture of mutual respect, teamwork, and collaboration. What We’re Looking For: - Outgoing personality that enjoys forming meaningful relationships with patients. - Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred, but not required. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Comfortable using scheduling software (Open Dental experience a plus). - Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to multitask in a busy office.
