Their Germantown office is brand new, purpose-built and designed around patient comfort, paired with the advanced technology to match, so you're walking into a genuinely modern space from day one, not a legacy office playing catch-up. We're looking for a friendly, hard-working, and energetic registered dental hygienist who is willing to learn and become part of a fun, growing team. WHAT WE OFFER - Pay from $65.00 per hour, commensurate with experience - Employee discount - Flexible schedule - Tuition reimbursement - Insurance - Full Benefits SCHEDULE & LOCATION A schedule that's genuinely rare in this field: no weekends, no holidays, full 1-hour appointment blocks, and dedicated hygiene assistant support - built to prevent burnout, not cause it. Employment Type: Part-time / Full-time Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Tuesday through Thursday, plus alternating Fridays Weekends/Holidays: No weekend or holiday work required Lunch: 1-hour lunch provided daily Appointments: 1 hour allotted per prophylaxis appointment; hygiene assistant support available for dual overlapping columns Work Location: In person - Germantown, MD WHAT YOU'LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES) - Perform prophylaxis (cleaning) appointments within the 1-hour appointment window provided - Work alongside a hygiene assistant during dual overlapping column scheduling - Operate within a modern, digitally-equipped practice using digital radiographs, handheld X-rays, an iTero scanner, and CBCT imaging - Deliver friendly, patient-focused care as part of a collaborative general dentistry team WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS) We're looking for someone who is: - A Registered Dental Hygienist - Friendly, hard-working, and energetic - Willing to learn - Comfortable working in a modern, digitally-equipped practice Preferred: - Local anesthesia license preferred - Compensation is dependent upon experience.*
