Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Join Our Team! We are a privately owned, patient-centered, modern dental practice seeking an experienced, compassionate, motivated, and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team full-time. If you are passionate about providing exceptional patient care, building lasting relationships, and working in a positive, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings, periodontal therapy, and preventive care. Take digital radiographs and intraoral images. Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment recommendations. Accurately document clinical findings and treatment in electronic dental records. Collaborate with the dentist and team to deliver outstanding patient care. Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols according to OSHA and CDC guidelines. Qualifications Current Texas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. Current CPR certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient education. Experience with digital charting and dental software is preferred.
