We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Office / Patient Care Coordinator who enjoys helping patients and thrives in a professional, team-focused environment. Responsibilities * Verify dental insurance benefits and obtain accurate insurance breakdowns before appointments. * Confirm patient eligibility, frequencies, deductibles, downgrades, and coverage limitations. * Check patients in and out while providing exceptional customer service. * Present treatment plans clearly and confidently, answer patient questions, and discuss financial options. * Schedule appointments efficiently to optimize the doctor’s schedule. * Collect patient payments and maintain accurate financial records. * Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience. * Communicate with insurance companies regarding benefits and claims as needed. * Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance. * Help create a warm, welcoming, boutique experience for every patient. Qualifications * Previous dental front office experience preferred. * Experience with dental insurance verification and treatment plan presentation is highly preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail. * Comfortable discussing finances and helping patients understand their treatment options. * Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-first mindset. * Experience with dental practice management software is a plus.
