You will be stepping directly into a busy schedule with an established patient base left by a departing associate who earned over $250,000 last year. Compensation & Benefits We believe in rewarding top clinical skill and offering complete financial security: Guaranteed $200,000 Base Salary for your first year OR 30% of Adjusted Production (whichever is greater). Active state dental license in good standing (or eligible for licensure). Proficiency or strong interest in general dentistry, endo, implants, and clear aligner therapy.
