Whether you're an experienced assistant or looking to grow your dental career, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures. Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments following infection control protocols. Take digital X-rays, impressions, and intraoral photos as needed. Ensure patients are comfortable before, during, and after treatment. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care. Maintain accurate patient records and charting. Set up and break down operatories efficiently. Work collaboratively with doctors and team members to provide an exceptional patient experience. Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment. Qualifications Dental Assistant certification or registration as required by state regulations. CPR/BLS certification preferred. Experience in general dentistry preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong communication and organizational skills. Positive attitude with a team-first mindset. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while providing compassionate patient care.
