Dental Assistant - Candid Smiles Dentistry Location: Cypress, TX Employment Type: Full-Time Join Our Team! Candid Smiles Dentistry is seeking a motivated, friendly, and reliable Dental Assistant to join our growing practice. We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care, works well in a team environment, and is committed to providing an outstanding patient experience. Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to OSHA and CDC guidelines. Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures. Take digital X-rays and intraoral photographs. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative instructions. Maintain accurate patient records. Perform chairside assisting using four-handed dentistry techniques. Assist with impressions, temporaries, and restorative procedures. Ensure operatories are stocked and organized. Help create a welcoming and comfortable environment for every patient. Qualifications Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred (Texas). Current X-ray certification. CPR/BLS certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
