Our busy three-doctor practice general dental practice is looking for an outstanding Dental Assistant to join our team. What We're Looking For: *Experienced Dental Assistant to work 4 days per week *Positive, dependable and team-oriented *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *Organized with strong attention to detail *Passionate about delivering outstanding patient care *EFDA certification is a plus, but not required What We Offer: *Competitive compensation based on experience (approximately $23-$28 per hour) *Paid vacation and holidays, sick and PTO time *Retirement plan(s) *Insurance stipend *Life Insurance *Dental care for you and your family *Continuing education opportunities *Uniform allowance *Modern, well-equipped office *Supportive team culture with long-term staff *Opportunities to expand your skill set Responsibilities: *Assist doctor during a variety of dental procedures *Prepare treatment rooms and instruments *Take digital radiographs and intraoral images *Educate patients and ensure their comfort throughout treatment *Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records *Follow OSHA and infection control protocols *Work closely with the clinical team to keep the schedule running efficiently Qualifications: *Previous chairside dental assisting experience, 3-5 years minimum preferably *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *Positive attitude with a strong work ethic *Ability to multitask in a fast-paced practice *Detail-oriented and dependable *Current radiology certification (or ability to meet Florida requirements) If you're looking for a long-term opportunity with a practice that values it's team and provides excellent patient care, we'd love to hear from you.
