About you In addition to necessary industry certifications and education, as a Dental Hygienist you need to possess outstanding time management, communication, and technical skills. A previous background as an Hygienist is required. You’ll gather information about each patient’s history, preparing them for and providing treatment, comply with all regulatory and clinic-mandated policies and advocate for the best outcomes among patients and your fellow care providers. To excel, you’ll bring a can-do attitude, a proactive personality, a strong sense of ownership and integrity, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
