This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating clearly, and helping patients make confident decisions about their treatment. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable discussing treatment recommendations, insurance benefits, and financial considerations with patients. Success in this role is measured by creating an exceptional patient experience while helping patients prioritize and complete their recommended care.
