Dental Hygienist – Join Our Growing Team! ***$10,000 SIGN ON BONUS*** We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable hygienist who is committed to providing thorough, quality care to our patients. Our practice values consistency, professionalism, and efficiency in helping patients achieve their best oral health. This role is ideal for someone who is self-driven, dependable, and eager to continue developing their clinical skills in a busy practice environment. Schedule: Hours: Mon 8-5, T 7:20-2, W 8-5, Th 8:30-5:30 Standard appointment times: • 1 hour for new patients, 50-60 min for adult recare/perio maintenance • Scaling & root planing scheduled as clinically appropriate What You’ll Do: Provide thorough and compassionate dental hygiene care for patients of all ages Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and treatment options Collaborate closely with the doctors and the dental team to ensure the highest quality of care Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Contribute to a warm and welcoming office atmosphere What We’re Looking For: Current Dental Hygiene license in SC Strong clinical skills with a commitment to patient education and comfort Positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills Excellent patient handover skills to ensure seamless care Strong computer and charting skills for accurate documentation Ability to work efficiently while providing personalized care We Offer: Competitive hourly or production-based pay with bonus potential Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off & holiday pay 401(k) retirement plan Uniform allowance Weekly team lunches!
