Dental Assistant Job Posting

Looking for an experienced Orthodontic assistant for Wednesdays. This is a part time position. We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate individual to join our team as an Orthodontic Assistant. As an Orthodontic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients. Additional hours/days may occasionally be available if willing to travel Responsibilities: - Assist the orthodontist in providing patient care and treatment - Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments - Take dental x-rays - Assist with patient assessment and record medical history - Provide patient education on oral hygiene and care - Assist with orthodontic procedures such as fitting braces and adjusting wires Experience: - Previous experience as an orthodontic assistant is a must - Experience working with pediatric patients is highly desired Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Completion of an accredited dental assisting program or equivalent experience preferred - Current CPR certification - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE OFFICE
