Our practice is fee for service and we allow adequate time to meet the specific needs of our patients. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Dental Hygienist at J Kavin Kelp DDS. The Dental Hygienist will be responsible for performing dental prophylaxis, oral hygiene instructions, and periodontal therapy. They will also assist the dentist in patient care, take X-rays, and maintain accurate patient records. The Dental Hygienist will work closely with the dental team to provide excellent oral healthcare to our patients. Qualifications Dentistry, Hygiene, and Dental Care skills. Experience in performing dental prophylaxis and periodontal therapy. Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and practices. Ability to take and manage digital dental X-rays. Familiarity with periodontal disease and treatment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and organized. Valid dental hygienist license in the state of Texas. Additional certifications or training in dental hygiene is a plus.
