Are you looking for a great work-life balance? If so, look no further! We are a pediatric dental office looking for a dynamic, chairside RDA. Applicant must have a current Texas RDA license. Additional certifications like a sealant or N20 certification are a PLUS!! Applicant must be highly motivated, reliable, and responsible with great customer service skills. Our office is non-corporate, two dentist practice. Applicant will find a fun, busy, fast-paced environment with a GREAT company culture that embraces a no gossip policy. Open Dental is the software utilized. Full time employees work roughly 33-25 hours a week. PTO and paid holidays are offered for full time employees after the initial probationary period. 401k enrollment is offered after 1 year of employment. Office Hours: Monday-Thursday 8-5 pm/ One Friday a month is 8-12/1 pm.
