We are a FFS Private Practice seeking to add a hygienist to our team Mon, Wed, Thurs 8a-5p We are a relationship-based practice that prides itself in providing thorough and conservative care to our patients. We have built a strong relationship with our specialists in the area who care for our patients when indicated. Our office is relationship-driven NOT production driven. Our practice has been serving our patients and their families for over 30 years, we value the trust our patients have placed in our team. Treatment side begins at 7am, HYGIENE begins seeing patients at 8am **Compensation is negotiable - dependent on clinical skills and ability to connect with patients** =================PERKS================ New patients ONLY come into the office through treatment side, NEVER hygiene 60 minutes with patients per appointment / 8 patients per day No FMX in hygiene, 1 hour lunch Dentrix System for EHR EMS Airflow, Cavitron and prophy cups available in operatories 2 hygiene rooms available to hygienist to maintain steady schedule flow (assistants help with teardown and setup) PTO available SIMPLE IRA contribution Paid quality CE through The Pankey Institute (all expenses paid) If you would like to discuss the available position, please apply to the post or email our office to set up a time to connect.
