Dental Front Desk / Patient Coordinator Join Our Dental Team! We are looking for a positive, dependable, hardworking, and eager-to-learn person to join our dental office front desk team. Dental experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. We are much more interested in finding someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to learn and become an important part of our team. We have a great staff, modern equipment, and a well-organized dental office using Open Dental practice management software. What You’ll Do * Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service * Answer phones and assist patients with questions * Schedule and confirm appointments * Check patients in and out * Maintain accurate patient information and records * Review treatment and appointment information with patients * Help with insurance verification and billing * Communicate with patients, doctors, and the dental team * Learn and use Open Dental software * Help keep the front office organized and running smoothly * Provide a positive and welcoming experience for every patient What We’re Looking For * Positive attitude and friendly personality * Hard worker with a strong work ethic * Dependable and punctual * Eager to learn new skills * Comfortable working with people * Good communication skills * Organized and able to multitask * Professional and courteous * Able to work well as part of a team * Previous dental or front-office experience is helpful, but not required for the right person The Right Person We are looking for someone who wants to work, wants to learn, and wants to be part of a great team.
