**Dental Assistant – Join the Lakewood Smiles Team! 🦷** Lakewood Smiles is looking for a **friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant** to join our growing practice! We’re a patient-focused private dental office looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, works well with a team, and takes pride in creating an excellent experience for our patients. **Responsibilities include:** * Assisting the dentist during general dental procedures * Preparing and breaking down treatment rooms * Taking digital X-rays * Sterilization and infection control * Taking digital scans * Reviewing post-op instructions with patients * Keeping rooms stocked and organized * Helping maintain smooth patient flow throughout the day * Supporting the front office/team when needed * Experience in diverse procedures: fillings, crowns, veneers, extractions, root canals, dentures, invisalign, implant placement **We’re looking for someone who is:** * Reliable and punctual * Friendly and professional with patients * Organized and detail-oriented * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * A strong team player who is willing to help wherever needed * Eager to learn and grow with the practice **Qualifications:** * Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred * 3 years Dental assisting experience preferred * Coronal Polishing certification preferred * Nitrous certification preferred * Familiarity with digital dentistry and iTero is a plus * Spanish speaker preferred **Why Lakewood Smiles?** We’re a growing private practice that values teamwork, communication, accountability, and providing great patient care.
