Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Entry Level Dental Assistant – General Dentistry

We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Dental Assistant who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and thrives in a private practice office setting and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
Provide chairside assistance for restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and other general dental treatments.
Fabricate high-quality temporary crowns with excellent fit, function, and esthetics in an efficient manner.
Perform iTero digital scans accurately and efficiently for crowns, bridges, Invisalign, retainers, and other restorative procedures.
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures.
Take high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral photographs.
Ensure patient comfort while providing exceptional chairside assistance.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment notes.
Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards.
Educate patients on treatment recommendations and post-operative instructions.
Collaborate with the team to maintain an efficient schedule and seamless patient flow.
Qualifications:
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required or Dental Assistant
Minimum of 8 years of dental assisting experience.
Extensive experience assisting with restorative procedures.
Strong knowledge of dental materials, instruments, and clinical protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized.
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Experience with digital dentistry and Eaglesoft practice management software is a plus.
