Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Private Practice in Olney, MD We are hiring a part-time hygienist for the following days (Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday). Please note: Our operatory is designed for right-handed providers. Location: Olney, Maryland Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays: 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM Tuesdays: 7:45 AM – 3:15 PM We are a modern, fully digital dental practice in Olney seeking an exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team part-time. Our office is built on a foundation of clinical excellence, patient education, and a genuinely supportive team culture. What we offer: -Compensation: $58.00 – $66.00+ per hour (based on experience) -Sign-on Bonus: $1,000 -Retirement: Simple IRA with a guaranteed company match contribution Our Clinical Environment: -Dedicated Assistant Support: A dental assistant handles breaking down/setting up rooms and sterilizing instruments so you can focus on clinical care! -Generous Pacing: 60 minutes for new patients, 45 minutes for regular 6-month recalls -Tech: Fully digital office utilizing Eaglesoft.
