Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator Join Our Fun, Fast-Paced Pediatric Dental Team! Are you an energetic, personable dental professional who loves working with children and families? We’re looking for an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our busy and lively pediatric dental office, where multiple dental specialties are conveniently offered under one roof. We’re seeking someone who is confident presenting orthodontic treatment plans and financial options while delivering an exceptional patient experience. If you’re organized, enthusiastic, and passionate about helping families understand and feel comfortable with their child’s orthodontic care, we’d love to meet you! What You’ll Do -Follow up with pending orthodontic patients through phone calls and email communication -Present orthodontic treatment plans and financial options clearly and confidently -Maintain and grow our Growth & Guidance (OBS) Program -Promote the OBS program to both patients and the professional community -Conduct school talks and educational presentations to share valuable dental knowledge with children and families -Make confirmation calls and help ensure an outstanding patient experience -Provide new patient tours and introduce families to our office and team -Review the hygiene schedule for potential orthodontic leads and proactively contact parents to offer orthodontic consultations -Build strong relationships with patients, parents, and referring professionals -Be the person who makes every patient’s day a little brighter! What We’re Looking For -RDA certification required -Previous experience in an orthodontic setting preferred -Experience presenting orthodontic treatment plans and financial arrangements -Confidence explaining complex treatment recommendations in an easy-to-understand way -Exceptional communication and customer service skills -Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented -Comfortable making phone calls and following up with patients -Warm, upbeat personality with a genuine love for working with children and families -Professional, polished, and confident when interacting with patients and the professional community -A team player who thrives in a busy, energetic environment Why You’ll Love This Role This is more than a treatment coordination position—it’s an opportunity to be an important part of a team that creates positive dental experiences for children and their families every day.
