Description

We are seeking an experienced dental assistant to join our fast-paced, professional dental office. This full-time position is available due to the current dental assistant being on maternity leave, and it offers the opportunity to work in a Cosmetic Restorative Practice with a strong focus on general dentistry in a multi-doctor setting. Our team supports three doctors and values efficiency, teamwork, and excellent patient care. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience and a great personality that helps create a welcoming, positive environment for patients and staff alike. Cross-training is not required for this role. Responsibilities include assisting chairside, preparing treatment rooms, supporting clinical procedures, maintaining sterilization and infection-control standards, and helping ensure smooth daily operations. Candidates should be comfortable working in a busy, professional setting and open to coaching and feedback. Additional details include a 1-hour lunch break, covered garage parking, PTO, insurance after 90 days, and bonus opportunity. Compensation starts at $26 per hour, based on experience.
