Why Join Us? * Well-established practice with 6 years of success in the community * Strong reputation and established patient base * Experienced, collaborative team with a great working environment * 4-day workweek * Flexible daily schedule — hours can be adjusted to fit your preferences as long as 8 hours of patient time are scheduled * Excellent work-life balance * Fully cloud-based practice management system * Practice utilizes the Cloud 9 orthodontic platform * Modern, technology-driven clinical environment * Opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients and the community Key Responsibilities * Examine, diagnose, and develop customized treatment plans for patients with dental and jaw alignment issues. * Design and implement treatment plans using braces, clear aligners such as Invisalign, retainers, and other orthodontic appliances. * Monitor patient progress, adjust appliances, and ensure optimal treatment outcomes. * Collaborate with general dentists, oral surgeons, and other specialists as needed. * Educate patients and their families on treatment options, procedures, oral hygiene, and post-treatment care. * Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely patient records using digital practice management systems. * Stay current with advancements in orthodontics and participate in continuing education and professional training. * Follow all applicable dental regulations, infection-control protocols, and workplace safety procedures. Qualifications * DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. * Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program. * Board certification or eligibility preferred. * Active South Carolina dental license or ability to obtain licensure. * Proficiency with digital orthodontic tools and imaging technology. * Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills. * Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative clinical team. Preferred Skills & Experience * Experience with clear aligner systems, including Invisalign or ClearCorrect. * Knowledge of 3D printing and digital orthodontic workflows. * Familiarity with digital imaging and orthodontic technology such as iTero and Pan Ceth * Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently while maintaining excellent patient care. * Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
