General Dentist Opportunity | Sole Provider | $1,100/Day Guarantee • 32% of Collections | 4-Day Workweek | Full Benefits Package| Saluda, SC Saluda Dental Group, part of Southern Dental Alliance, is a well-established, fully digital, chartless practice located in Saluda, South Carolina. We're a tight-knit team poised for continued growth, seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Dentist to serve as our sole provider. This is a unique opportunity to take the lead clinically in a supportive, efficient practice. Compensation & Benefits Daily Guarantee: $1,100 per day for the first 90 days Compensation: 32% of collections after the daily guarantee period, supported by the practice's excellent 98%+ collection rate Expected Earnings: $175,000–$300,000 annually Benefits Include: • CE reimbursement up to $3,000 per year • Malpractice coverage provided at no cost to you • No lab fees deducted from your compensation • A full benefits package: health, dental, optical, life, and short-term and long-term disability, plus many optional benefits • 401(k) available The Opportunity This is a full-time, sole-provider opportunity where you'll take the lead clinically as the practice's only doctor, with the autonomy to shape patient care your way while being supported by an experienced, efficient team. Schedule: • Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM • One half-day Friday per month, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM In this role, you'll: • Deliver comprehensive general dentistry to a broad patient population • Provide clinical leadership and oversight as the sole doctor • Build trust and rapport with patients through excellent communication and chairside manner • Collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth, efficient schedule and a positive patient experience Ideal Candidate: • A SC licensed general dentist • Confident practicing independently as a sole provider • A strong communicator with an excellent chairside manner • Patient-focused, dependable, and team-oriented • Interested in clinical leadership and making a lasting impact within a growing practice Location Highlights: Saluda, South Carolina offers a welcoming small-town setting with a relaxed pace of life and a strong sense of community.
