About the Role
Sole Provider | $1,100/Day Guarantee • 32% of Collections | 4-Day Workweek. Saluda Dental Group is hiring a General Dentist to serve as the sole provider in an established, fully digital and chartless practice. The role offers clinical leadership and autonomy with an experienced team already in place, plus a reported collection rate above 98% to support the collections-based compensation structure. This is a strong fit for a dentist comfortable practicing independently and taking ownership of patient care within the office.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry to the practice’s patient base
- Diagnose conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Lead clinical care as the practice’s sole dentist
- Build trust with patients through clear treatment communication
- Work with the clinical and administrative team to maintain an efficient schedule
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
What You'll Bring
Required
- DDS or DMD
- Active South Carolina dental license
- Ability to practice independently as the sole provider
Preferred
- Experience providing clinical leadership
- Strong patient communication and chairside skills
