Experienced Dental Assistant Full Time | 32–40 Hours Are you an experienced Dental Assistant who loves dentistry, enjoys people, and brings positive energy to the team? Do you have at least TWO YEARS of hands-on experience in a GENERAL DENTAL PRACTICE? If so, we want to meet you! Who We Are Midfield Dental Center has been serving patients in our community for many years, but we aren't standing still. We are an established PPO, multi-doctor general dental practice that is growing and evolving. We're upgrading technology, improving systems, refreshing our office, and working together to make our practice even better. With multiple doctors, three hygienists, and a busy team, we believe in helping one another, cross-training, learning together, and creating a great experience for our patients. Who We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who is happy, dependable, organized, confident, and a true team player. You should enjoy staying busy, know how to anticipate what your doctor needs, communicate well with patients, and be willing to jump in and help wherever needed. Our practice is busy and fast paced, including walk-in patients, so being able to think ahead, stay organized, and keep a positive attitude is important. One Important Requirement A minimum of TWO YEARS of hands-on Dental Assisting experience in a GENERAL DENTAL PRACTICE is required. This is a deal breaker. We need someone who already understands general dentistry, dental terminology, common procedures, sterilization and infection control, and the flow of a busy dental practice. We're happy to teach you how we do things at Midfield Dental Center, but we're looking for someone who already knows dentistry. Eaglesoft experience is highly preferred.
