Each day begins at the Maryland Heights hub. Sterilized dental equipment and mobile carts are loaded into a company vehicle, and the clinical team travels together to patient locations. Depending on the day, you may provide care in assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, community centers, group homes, residential settings, or other community-based locations. You’ll work alongside a Dental Assistant and Clinical Team Manager, with the equipment and support needed to provide general dentistry in a fully mobile setting. Doctors may ride with the team or drive separately and meet the team at the patient location. What You’ll Do: - Perform exams, diagnoses, treatment planning, and general dentistry - Provide care for elderly, disabled, and other patients with limited access to traditional dentistry - Adapt clinical care to a variety of mobile treatment environments - Educate patients, families, and caregivers on oral health, treatment, and next steps - Collaborate with your Dental Assistant and Clinical Team Manager throughout the day - Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation What You’ll Bring: - DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program - Active Missouri dental license - General dentistry experience preferred - Valid driver’s license - Strong communication and patient-care skills - Comfort practicing in a mobile, community-based care environment Compensation: - $900-$1,200 per day or 28% of net production, depending on the market - Travel reimbursement or relocation assistance may be available Location: The actual position is based from Enable Dental’s hub at 907 Fee Fee Road, Maryland Heights, MO 63043 and serves patients throughout the greater St. Louis region.
