# Dental Intraoral Scanner Specialist – Technical Support & Training Location: Anaheim, CA Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (depending on experience) ## Take Your Dental Experience Beyond the Chair Are you a Dental Assistant, RDA, or dental professional interested in transitioning into digital dentistry and dental technology? DOF USA is looking for a Dental Intraoral Scanner Specialist to join our team in Anaheim, California. This position is an opportunity to use your dental knowledge in a different career path—working directly with dentists and dental professionals to provide product training, technical support, and education for advanced digital dentistry technology. You do not need previous experience with DOF products. We will provide comprehensive training on our FREEDOM Air intraoral scanner, photogrammetry technology, software, and digital workflows. ## What You'll Do * Provide technical and workflow support for the FREEDOM Air intraoral scanner * Train dentists, dental assistants, dental laboratories, and dealers * Conduct remote and in-person product training * Assist customers with intraoral scanning and digital workflows * Support implant and full-arch scanning workflows * Assist with product demonstrations and customer onboarding * Troubleshoot scanner software, connectivity, and scanning-related issues * Attend dental trade shows, seminars, and industry events * Work closely with the DOF USA sales and technical teams * Communicate customer feedback and technical issues to our headquarters * Follow up with customers to ensure successful product adoption ## Who We're Looking For Previous professional experience in the dental industry is required. Ideal candidates may have experience as a: * Dental Assistant (DA) * Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) * Dental Lab Technician * Intraoral Scanner Operator * Dental CAD/CAM Technician * Digital Dentistry Specialist Experience using intraoral scanners such as iTero, TRIOS, Medit, Primescan, or similar systems is highly preferred. ## Qualifications * Professional experience in a dental office, dental laboratory, or dental technology environment * Familiarity with dental terminology and basic clinical workflows * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English * Comfortable working with computers, software, and new technology * Comfortable communicating and training dentists and dental professionals * Strong customer service and interpersonal skills * Ability to learn new technology quickly * Willingness to travel occasionally for customer training and dental trade shows * Valid driver's license Korean language skills are a plus, but not required. ## Training Provided Previous intraoral scanner support experience is not required.
