Associate Dentist – 30% Ownership Opportunity | Owner Financing Available Established, High-Producing Dental Practice | Greater Cleveland, Ohio Are you an experienced dentist who is ready for ownership—but not interested in taking on the cost, risk, and headaches of starting a practice from scratch? We are seeking the right dentist to join our established, successful dental practice as an Associate Dentist with the opportunity to acquire a 30% ownership interest through owner financing. This is a unique opportunity to step into a thriving practice with an established patient base, experienced team, strong production, and the infrastructure already in place to support continued growth. The Opportunity The selected dentist will have the opportunity to: • Acquire 30% equity in an established dental practice • Take advantage of owner financing, reducing the need for a large upfront investment • Earn income as a practicing dentist while building equity in the business • Participate in the financial growth and profitability of the practice • Work alongside an experienced practice owner during the transition • Potentially increase ownership over time, if mutually desired About the Practice Our modern, well-established general dental practice provides comprehensive dentistry, including restorative and cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, endodontics, periodontal treatment, clear aligner therapy, and other advanced services. The practice has a loyal patient base, multiple equipped operatories, modern technology, experienced clinical and administrative staff, and significant opportunity for continued growth. Who We Are Looking For We are particularly interested in a dentist who: • Has several years of clinical experience • Is confident practicing comprehensive dentistry • Has excellent patient communication skills • Wants to build long-term wealth through practice ownership • Understands the importance of production, case acceptance, patient retention, and team leadership • Is entrepreneurial and interested in helping grow the practice • Wants ownership without immediately assuming the financial burden of purchasing 100% of a practice This is not simply an associate position. We are looking for a dentist who wants to become a true partner in the continued growth and success of the practice. 30% Buy-In + Owner Financing The practice owner is willing to finance the purchase of the 30% ownership interest for the right candidate.
