About the Role
General Dentist (Associate) in Kingman, AZ [ZIP]. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You'll get a $75,000 sign-on bonus, a daily guarantee for your first 90 days, and $200K+ earning potential on a percent of collections model.
Kingman Family Dental Group is an established practice that sees 55+ new patients every month. Our adult and senior patients are loyal, demand in the community is strong, and you'll step into a productive schedule from your first week. Relocation assistance is available. For the right dentist, there's a path to partnership after about one year. You'll practice with autonomy and have an experienced doctor available for mentorship. If you're experienced, you can put your skills to work right away. If you're earlier in your career and you're motivated and coachable, you'll have support while you build clinical speed and your own patient base.
What You'll Do
- Complete exams and comprehensive treatment plans
- Provide restorative dentistry, including crowns and bridges
- Perform extractions and see emergency patients
- Deliver preventive, relationship-based care in a PPO and fee-for-service practice
- Build your patient base and grow your production
- Learn the business side of the practice if ownership is a goal
What You'll Bring
Required
- DDS or DMD
- Active Arizona dental license, or eligibility to obtain one
- Comfort with comprehensive general dentistry
