Woodland Lakes Dental Studio is seeking a General Dentist (DDS/DMD) to step in for a retiring doctor – walking into 1,500 active patients allows for immediate production from day one in our patient-centered and modern practice in Conroe, Texas.
Woodland Lakes Dental Studio delivers high‑quality dental care for individuals and families using the latest technology and modern clinical practices. Our team provides comprehensive services—including General, Cosmetic, Emergency (RTC), Oral Surgery, Implants, Clear Aligners, Periodontics, and Restorative Dentistry—while fostering a supportive environment where patients can smile with confidence.
Practice Highlights:
6 operatories
Up to 3 dedicated treatment chairs
3 hygiene chairs/day
Digital X‑rays, Panoramic, CBCT
Digital Scanner, CAD/CAM CEREC
Intraoral cameras, lasers
AI treatment planning
Payor mix: 45% PPO / 55% FFS
Mentorship and extensive CE program

Responsibilities include:
Diagnose and treat oral health conditions
Provide comprehensive general dentistry with full autonomy, including the option to perform advanced procedures.
Deliver exceptional patient care and build strong patient relationships
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Lead and collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations
Maintain accurate records and comply with safety protocols
Qualifications include:
DDS/DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school
Active Texas dental license and applicable certifications
Minimum of 3 years clinical experience
