You & Us Dental Studio is seeking a reliable, professional, motivated, and experienced Dental Assistant to join our general dental practice in Miami, Florida. We are looking for someone who is organized, works well in a fast-paced environment, provides excellent patient care, and is comfortable assisting with a wide variety of dental procedures. Responsibilities Chairside assisting for general dentistry procedures Assist with fillings, crowns, bridges, veneers, build-ups, and restorative procedures Assist with root canal treatments Assist with extractions, surgical procedures, bone grafting, and implant procedures Assist with dentures, partial dentures, impressions, and try-ins Assist with Invisalign and orthodontic procedures Take digital X-rays, including FMX, bitewings, periapicals, and panoramic images Assist with CBCT scans and digital intraoral scanning Take impressions and digital scans as directed by the doctor Prepare and break down operatories Properly sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment Maintain sterilization protocols and logs Prepare instruments and materials for procedures Maintain clinical supplies and inventory Provide pre-operative and post-operative instructions as directed by the doctor Maintain accurate clinical documentation Coordinate and organize dental laboratory cases Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Work closely with doctors, hygienists, front desk, and the rest of the dental team Required Qualifications Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Must be able to communicate professionally and confidently with patients in both English and Spanish Previous dental assisting experience preferred Must be dependable, punctual, organized, and professional Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced general dental practice Must have flexible availability Must be willing and able to stay beyond the regular scheduled hours when patient care or procedures require additional time Must be a team player and willing to assist wherever needed Strong attention to detail and time-management skills Willingness to learn and grow with the practice Experience with digital dentistry, intraoral scanners, CBCT, implants, Invisalign, and dental software is a plus.
