We have the patient volume, and we need your help! Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, skilled, and efficient Associate Dentist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about patient care, possesses excellent diagnostic abilities, and wants to maximize their earning potential in a practice with an established, high-volume patient flow. You will have full clinical autonomy while benefiting from a robust administrative and dental hygiene support structure. Key Responsibilities Patient Care: Perform comprehensive oral examinations, accurately interpret X-rays, and diagnose oral health conditions. Treatment Planning: Develop and execute customized, comprehensive treatment plans for a diverse patient base. Clinical Procedures: Perform general dentistry procedures, including composite fillings, basic and complex extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, and cosmetic services. Patient Education: Educate patients on preventative oral care, hygiene habits, and post-operative instructions. Team Collaboration: Provide leadership and clinical direction to dental assistants and hygienists to maintain a smooth, efficient workflow. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential digital patient charts and electronic health records. Requirements & Qualifications Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an ADA-accredited dental school. Licensure: Active, unrestricted Alabama Dental License in good standing, or successful completion of a regional clinical board examination recognized by the Board of Dental Examiners of Alabama (e.g., ADEX/CDCA-WREB-CITA). Certifications: Current DEA registration and CPR/BLS certification. Experience: Open to both experienced dentists and highly motivated GPR/AEGD residents. A proven track record of clinical efficiency and speed is highly valued. Clinical Preferences: Experience or advanced training in Endodontics, Oral Surgery (including extractions), and Implant placement/restoration is a major plus, but not required. Skills: Excellent manual dexterity, sharp diagnostic capabilities, and a strong chairside manner with outstanding communication skills. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $150,000 to $250,000+ per year (Base guarantee or % of production/collections, highly dependent on experience and individual clinical efficiency).
