We are not looking for an average team member.
We are building a high-performance business team inside a fast-paced dental practice. This role is for someone who is driven by results, comfortable discussing finances, and takes pride in hitting goals, not just completing tasks.

Schedule & Compensation
4 days per week
$20–$23 per hour (based on experience)
Performance-based incentives available

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Presenting and discussing treatment plans with clarity and confidence
Converting diagnosed treatment into scheduled production
Managing patient relationships and follow-up communication
Protecting provider time through efficient scheduling
Supporting a smooth, organized front office workflow
Tracking daily and weekly performance metrics
Identifying opportunities to improve systems and patient experience
Staying proactive during downtime

Experience
Dental experience is a plus, but not required
