About the Role
Lindgren Dental Care is hiring an Associate Dentist in Cottage Grove, MN for an established PPO practice with patients already on the schedule, steady new patient flow, and a four-day clinical week. You'll get hands-on implant mentorship from an experienced owner doctor and work with CBCT, iTero, CEREC same-day crowns, 3D printing, and a diode laser, so you can keep more comprehensive care in-house. Earlier-career dentists get support building treatment planning, restorative, and implant skills, while experienced dentists can produce right away with full autonomy. For the right dentist, there's a path to future partnership and ownership.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive restorative dentistry, including same-day CEREC crowns
- Build comprehensive treatment plans and present cases to patients
- Place implants with hands-on mentorship from the owner doctor
- Expand into more advanced procedures as your skills grow
- Use CBCT, iTero, digital scanners, 3D printing, and a diode laser in daily care
- Work with an experienced team on established systems
What You'll Bring
Required
- DDS or DMD
- Active Minnesota dental license, or eligibility to obtain one
- Comfort with comprehensive general dentistry
- Strong patient communication and a team-first approach
Preferred
- Interest in implant and digital dentistry
- A coachable approach and interest in ongoing learning
- Interest in long-term partnership or ownership
