We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with a practice, build relationships with patients, and become an important part of a strong clinical team. 🧠 Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for a Dental Assistant who: Truly enjoys helping and caring for patients Is dependable, organized, and takes ownership of their responsibilities Works well with doctors, hygienists, and the entire team Has strong communication skills and a positive attitude Is comfortable staying busy in a growing practice Is eager to learn and improve clinically Takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, efficient operatory Understands the importance of patient education and excellent chairside care Can anticipate the doctor’s needs and work proactively Wants to build a long-term career, not just find another job Experience is preferred, but the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter just as much. 🌱 Why Join Us?
