Derby Dental is a warm, patient-focused general practice in the Far West / Northwest Hills area of Austin, looking for an experienced Front Office team member to join our team. Led by Dr. Erika Whitehouse and Dr. Meghan Kilkelly, known for a welcoming, anxiety-free experience, the kind of place patients describe as feeling like family.

What You'll Do

• Verify PPO and Medicaid insurance with breakdowns
• Enter insurance frequencies
• Generate and present treatment plans
• Handle financial planning, including in-house and CareCredit
• Read EOBs and send PPO claims
• Maintain the reception area and welcome patients
• Make confirmation calls
• Generate and call recall lists
• Scan documents and apply knowledge of ADA codes
• Coordinate specialty referrals
