Dental Hygienist opening at Neighborhood Dental! Bring your clinical skill to a fresh office where you help set the standard from day one. ABOUT US We are a small (private, non-DSO), boutique fee-for-service office, we provide nearly all dental treatment here with the latest technology (CEREC, Diode Laser, L-PRF, iTero, Invisalign, Botox, CBCT, implants, sinus lifts, hard/soft tissue grafting etc.). We have a commitment to excellent patient care and customer service while having a lot of fun in the office. ABOUT THE ROLE We're building the hygiene program at our brand-new Neighborhood Dental location in Lincoln Square — and we want a hygienist who takes real pride in patient care, not someone rushed through a schedule being pushed to upsell. You'll have the time, tools, and support to do your best clinical work, plus a voice in how things run since this team is being built from scratch. We're not looking to push quotas and production goals--we want a great long term fit doing what's right for our patients. This is an expansion office so there will be patients from day one. WHAT YOU'LL DO Perform prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and new patient appointments with unhurried appointment times Take and review digital radiographs Educate patients on oral health in a way that actually sticks Work chairside with the dentist on treatment planning and case presentation Monitor and update hygiene protocols and recall systems for a new office Utilize iTero scanning, diode lasers and other state of the art technology to enhance patient communication and care Embrace a collaborative team approach with the entire office WHAT YOU BRING Active RDH license in IL Current CPR/BLS certification Local anesthesia certification Diode laser certification Comfortable with digital charting and modern dental technology A patient-first mindset and genuine team player attitude WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE Competitive hourly rate, negotiable based on experience, attitude and aptitude, $40-$55 Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Monday-Thursday work week Paid time off and paid holidays from day one CE reimbursement and license renewal support Scrubs/uniform allowance Realistic column time — no double-booked chairs A genuine say in how the hygiene department is run New graduates are welcome to apply LOCATION If available immediately, 2040 W.
