Job Description

About the Practice

At our practice, we believe that exceptional dental care begins with a deep respect for our patients and a commitment to their well-being. As a family-owned practice with three Chicagoland locations, we have grown by merging and acquiring historically respected dental offices in the area, each one bringing its own legacy of trust and excellence. Our approach is rooted in a patient-first mindset—we take the time to listen, understand each individual’s needs, and tailor our care to meet them. We proudly utilize an all-digital approach to dentistry, which means we leverage advanced technology to enhance precision, comfort, and efficiency for every patient who walks through our doors. From digital scans to virtual treatment planning, our modern techniques ensure a smoother experience and more accurate results. Our dedication to our community runs deep, and we are proud to offer a level of care that feels personal, professional, and progressive—all while maintaining the values and traditions that have made our merged practices a cornerstone of trusted dental care in the region.

About the Role

Glow Dental is a family-owned practice with three offices in Highland Park, Skokie, and Oak Lawn. We're privately owned, not a DSO, so nobody outside this practice is setting your appointment times or telling you how many patients to get through in a day. If you need a different instrument, or the sterilization workflow isn't working, we will work with you! Availability for a full time or part time assistant: Full-time: rotates through all three offices. Requires reliable transportation. Part-time: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday in Oak Lawn, or Monday and Wednesday between Skokie and Highland Park. You'll assist a small, stable clinical team so you'll learn everyone's preferences and settle into a rhythm instead of adapting to a new provider every few months. Our patients are mostly families who've been with us for years. You'll see the same people at recall, learn their kids' names, and have them ask for you when they book. That's a different job than high-volume assisting, and it's usually the reason people stay. For the right person we pay at the top of this market, offer a health insurance plan you can join, provide paid time off, and offer full-time employees a collections-based bonus after an introductory period. We support certifications and we promote from within.
