'Mentorship available' gets thrown into a lot of dental job ads. Here, it actually means something. Our owner doctor is actively involved in the practice and available day to day. You'll have someone to discuss cases with, learn from, and work alongside as you continue developing your clinical skills. The goal isn't to micromanage you. It's to help you become an even better, more confident dentist. If there's a procedure you want to become better at, we want to help you get there. You Won't Be Waiting Around for Patients. This is an established practice with seven operatories and four hygienists, creating a strong foundation for an associate to step in and build a productive schedule. You'll have the opportunity to provide comprehensive general dentistry including: Restorative dentistry Crowns and bridges Endodontics Extractions Comprehensive treatment planning Preventive and long-term patient care And you'll have modern technology to support you, including CEREC Primemill same-day dentistry, iTero scanning, and laser technology.
