Our practice is built around providing high-quality, comprehensive dentistry in a welcoming, comfortable environment where patients are treated like family. We strive to combine the personal relationships of a hometown dental office with modern dentistry and a high standard of clinical care. Brenham Dental Center is entering an exciting new chapter under second-generation ownership while continuing the relationships and reputation built over the past 30 years. Our office uses advanced digital technology, including CBCT imaging, digital scanning, and same-day CAD/CAM dentistry, and we place a strong emphasis on continuing education and professional growth. What You'll Do

Required

  • Previous dental office management or team-leadership experience,
  • Strong dental front-office experience, including scheduling, insurance, billing, collections, and patient communication
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and hold team members accountable in a respectful manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Working knowledge of dental terminology, treatment plans, insurance processes, and dental practice operations
  • Proficiency with dental practice-management software and standard office technology
